VENTILATION CLEANING
Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) is a condition in which people in the building suffer from physical symptoms caused by their environment.
Our competent and trained team use your ventilation drawings and a comprehensive site survey to determine the layout of the ductwork. With our commitment to support you to become 100% compliant we create a plan and execute it to ensure all particles, microbes and gases/odours are removed to ensure the best possible air quality.
FIRE DAMPER TESTING
Fire dampers play a critical role in preventing the spread of fire within buildings by automatically sealing off ventilation and air conditioning ductwork when triggered. To ensure they remain functional and effective, it is essential to conduct routine inspections and testing in accordance with established safety standards.
The British Standard 9999:2017 (BS 9999:2017) provides comprehensive guidelines on the inspection and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning ductwork. It explicitly states that all fire dampers must undergo testing at intervals not exceeding 12 months.
We carry out fire damper testing and remedials as part of what we offer.
